I thought everybody stopped using RSS when Google discontinued Reader :)
The website SVN is at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spark/
Unfortunately ASF infra doesn't have great support for that, so I'm afraid
you'd have to attach a patch to the JIRA ticket and we would have to manually
apply it.
