We're trying to upgrade to 2.2.0 from 2.1.0 at Twitter but it seems that
there's no way to set the JAVA_HOME for the driver running on the yarn am.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-17979 removed the environment
variable SPARK_YARN_USER_ENV, but provided no alternative to set env variables
for the driver since `spark.executorEnv` is only for executors.
