Yes, we are still focusing on supporting Scala 2.13 first because it's not
officially released yet. In addition, we are intentionally avoiding Scala 3
because Apache Spark community supports at most 2 Scala versions historically.
BTW, the binary compatibility between Scala 2.13 and Scala 3 is one of the
goals of Scala 3.
