Resolving as Fixed: this change was merged to master. Implementing commit:
f1d78dc2df26 [SPARK-51297][DOCS] Fixed the scope of the query option in
sql-data-sources-jdbc.md. (Triaged as a stranded ticket — the fix landed but
the JIRA was left unresolved. Verified present on current master and not
reverted.)
