Folding this into SPARK-58990: the CI workflow-trigger cleanup (dropping the
nonexistent `main` branch from rust.yml, lint.yml, and
build_python_connect.yml) now lands in the documentation PR
apache/spark-connect-rust#53 rather than as a separate change, to keep it a
single PR. Resolving as a duplicate of SPARK-58990.
