from_json/from_csv/from_xml route parsed strings through
applyTextParseSemantics; from_avro returns decoded UTF8String verbatim while
advertising CharType/VarcharType. to_avro symmetric. Latent for a Spark
round-trip, reachable with externally-produced Avro.
Action: file a subtask under SPARK-58794 (or fold into the formats work) and
add in-flight enforcement + a test. Low-Med.
