Add to CharVarcharTestSuite / goldens:
Med: charAsVarchar x standardSemantics interaction (each tested alone, never
crossed).
Low-Med: standardSemantics=true + readSideCharPadding=false override path
(warnReadSidePaddingOverride) - untested.
Low: deep nesting (array<array<char>>, array<struct<char>>) through file
round-trip under standard semantics (only depth-1 asserted).
Low: read-side overflow on pre-existing partition values under standard
semantics (only write-side partition enforcement tested).
Low: text format read overflow (only fit-length tested for text; overflow
covered for parquet/orc/csv/avro).
Plus the two CAST goldens from item 4 and the from_avro test from item 3.
