In PySpark Connect, {{StructType.toDDL()}} asks the server of the active
session to convert the JSON of the schema to DDL, the {{JsonToDDL}} of an
{{AnalyzePlanRequest}}, so it returns the DDL of Spark, as {{a INT,`b b`
STRING}}.
The Rust-backed Python client writes the DDL in the client, as {{a int,b b
string}}, which does not quote names and does not parse back for a name of a
space. Convert it on the server as PySpark does.
