The purpose of the JAR is to be loaded as a JAR in a test, to test that JARs
are loaded. That is, there's no functional Spark content here; it's like a JPEG
file in a test resource directory. I think that's why this source code doesn't
really need to be in the project, but it can't hurt to check it in for
completeness.
