There aren't 'upgrade' instructions, but the process is to tear down and start
a cluster. Starting a cluster is documented, and you've evidently already got
that part down. That's why I'm saying there's no other thing to know or
document. spark-ec2 will not upgrade an existing cluster in any sense.
