Should be able to just unzip this anywhere and do a 'forrest run' from the its
top dir, then look at the local build through localhost:8888
(Assuming forrest and ant are in the system path.)
This contains the forrest source files to replicate the site as it currently
stands on stdcxx.apache.org.
It is not perfect yet, i.e I haven;'t done the tables or some formatting, it
looks like we need to get this up very soon though and work on improvements
later.
Next step is to deploy the site similar to
http://forrest.apache.org/procedures/How_to_publish_docs.html
