Description:
The library fails to compile with the EDG eccp demo on Linux in optimized mode
(see below). Since the EDG eccp demo is expected to be used only (mainly?) for
conformance testing I'm leaving the Priority at Major rather than marking the
issue a Blocker as would otherwise be the case, and scheduling it for 4.2.1.
