The warning on line 567 is due to the cadvise bug described in STDCXX-785.
The warning on line 309 is due to the cadvise bug described in STDCXX-764.
The warnings on line 196 and 225 are suppressed by the assertions on preceding
lines in debug builds but since we remove {{assert()}} statements in optimized
builds they pop up there...
