When compiled with Intel C++ (all tested versions on both Linux and Windows), 
the test 
[0.fnmatch.cpp|http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/stdcxx/trunk/tests/self/0.fnmatch.cpp]
 fails one subtest -- see below:
