Implemented {{\_\_rw_is_void}}, {{\_\_rw_is_integral}},
{{\_\_rw_is_floating_point}}, {{\_\_rw_is_array}}, {{\_\_rw_is_pointer}},
{{\_\_rw_is_reference}}, {{\_\_rw_is_member_object_pointer}},
{{\_\_rw_is_enum}}, {{\_\_rw_is_function}} and sketched out a test. Still need
to implement {{\_\_rw_is_member_function_pointer}}, {{\_\_rw_is_union}},
{{\_\_rw_is_class}} and {{\_\_rw_is_function}}.
