Hi Philipp Zehnder

I subscribed to the mailing list and have set up the extensions project.  The
extensions project is up and running. In the Stream pipe UI I am able to
install and uninstall all the default pipelines elements. I am not able the
install the the pipelines from the backend. The backend pipelines are not
visible. I followed the tutorial [here |
[https://github.com/wipatrick/apachecon-demo-processor] ] but am not able the
view the greetings pipeline.

Thank You

> Currently, all adapters that are included in StreamPipes are served from a
> single service. Besides IIoT adapters, there are several adapters that are
> not directly related to IIoT data ingestion, but other sources.
> By splitting the connect modules into an "iiot" module and another module
> that includes all other adapters, users can better decide which adapters are
> relevant for their use case.
