------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi
I am now using the 0.69.0 version in the browser. I cleared all the old state.
Cache is disabled. Still not able to view the Greetings pipeline elements. Do I
need to add the endpoint of the backend url manually in the UI because I tried
adding the endpoint manually and it still doesn't works. The backend service is
up and running and I am able to access the api by hitting the port address in
the browser. If I change the port address to any other address will the UI pick
up the data on its own from the backend?

> Currently, all adapters that are included in StreamPipes are served from a
> single service. Besides IIoT adapters, there are several adapters that are
> not directly related to IIoT data ingestion, but other sources.
> By splitting the connect modules into an "iiot" module and another module
> that includes all other adapters, users can better decide which adapters are
> relevant for their use case.
