Description: I don't see the sources or javadoc artifacts up on either
repo1 (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/struts/struts2-core/2.0.8/) or
mvnrepository. According to WW-1870, this should be resolved but does not seem
to be. I know these would make development much more convenient. (was: I

We need to get this working in the next release. Unfortunately, I'm not
familiar enough with Maven yet to do it myself.
