Gabriel Belingueres commented on WW-2814:
-----------------------------------------
AFAIK, you can get the "id" tag attribute using the ${parameters.id?html}
FreeMarker expression.
Could you further explain the issue?
Did you tried asking in the Struts user mailing list?
> Can't access an "id" named property in template

> Key: WW-2814

> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 2.0.11.2, 2.1.2
> Reporter: S. Grünewald
>
> You can't access a property "id" in a new/modified template (e.g. form.ftl)
> via ${id} or ${Request.id} or ${Request['id']}.
> You can access other properties e.g. ${name} and even id but only if you use
> an other getter e.g.
> int getMyId(){
> return getId();
> }
> then ${myId} works.
