It's true also for all other cultures than english-speaking so it doesn't make
sense to put such note as I will have to do it for each of them.
In Java there is a notion about default bundle (e.g. package.properties) which
corresponds to default Locale on machine. So it must be always adjusted to
default Locale used on target machine.
