struts2-archetype-blank out of the box only has problems in spanish-speaking
cultures and thats why my suggestion of a note is to give a hint about the need
to update internalization propeties files for spanish-speaking cultures. But as
you say its a matter of every culture, so maybe the note can say anything
related to the internalization files update only to have this in mind.
This is only a suggestion i wanted to make that IMO would make HelloWorld.jsp
more easy to understand for spanish-speaking cultures, because out of the box i
spend some time to find this wasnt a bug.
