Actually, not many changes, in order to keep simple the example.
However, I'll be proposing subtask in order to, continuing this example, create
a full-fledged professional case. I mean, I believe there should be a simple
CRUD example and tutorial, like this one, and, continuing over it, a different,
sophisticated, one.

* SUBTASK Fully i18e application: database text data; static text in jsp;
validation.xml; links for locales.
* SUBTASK Definitely, improve 'country' implementation
* SUBTASK add jetty and tomcat plugins to pom.xml
* SUBTASK look & feel like that of showcase applications; enhance
visualization (style, css)
* SUBTASK spring, db, orm, modeldriven, abstract crud action
* SUBTASK upgrade logging to sl4j?
* SUBTASK comment important code
* SUBTASK implement preprareInput case, and explain usage of basicStack,
defaultStack, pppStack
* SUBTASK readonly screen (view mode)
* SUBTASK 1 to n relationship
Before creating new tasks I'll wait for your comments.
