Implemented initial 'svn shelf-diff' in [http://svn.apache.org/r1835398] and
'svn shelf-diff --summarize' in [http://svn.apache.org/r1835407] .
This is a first pass. It drives only the file methods in the diff processor
API, not the open- and close-directory methods, and does not report changes on
directories.
