So we need:
* shelf: push changes to delta-editor API – *needs writing*
* shelf: receive changes from delta-editor API – *needs writing*
* WC: push changes to delta-editor API – *needs uncoupling*
* WC: receive changes from delta-editor API – *needs writing*
To get there, it will be helpful to have some alternative input and output
providers for testing each of the above before we connect them all together. We
can make use of these:
* dumpfile-writer – recently uncoupled from svnrdump
* dumpfile-reader – *to be investigated*
(Those are pretty much the only other existing pair of delta-editor driver and
receiver that support full copy-from usage.)
