Hello,
Steps to reproduce:
1- create a new ODT file
2- insert some text bla-bla
3- insert manual break to create a 2nd page
4- From "More controls" toolbar, click on "Group box" button
5- On the 2nd page, create the control
6- In the wizard: input 3 option fields like "a / b / c", validate all steps
with next and finish
Wrong result:
- Group box appears on 1st page without option fields
Expected result:
- Group box appears on 2nd page with "a / b / c" options
