So I will close this report for now. Please feel free to reopen it, when you can provide a reproducible scenario. There have been some reports about problems, when the temp-directory runs out of space. Problems might occur also, when you run a background service, that deletes all files in the temp-directory, while OOo is running. So please make sure, that this does not happen in your case.
