word processing document - no tables
tested on two systems - identical behavior
HP linux, mint 10 writer 3.2.1 build 9505
sony vaio xp writer 3.2.1 build 9502
document saved with english character set. When opened, it contains 4 or five
substitutions of chinese characters in the body of the text. This is not
random. It seems to occur at locations having a double quote beginning a
string, almost as though the double quote was an escape character, EXCEPT that
the ending quote is removed.
