During copy&paste of fragment of a paragraph with an numbered style (numbered
list) a list number is always added to a copied text.
Example:
source paragraph:
10. This is a sample text
marked and copied fragment "is a sa", then pasted gives:
10. is a sa
Adding numbers is OK if a whole or multiple paragraphs are marked, but not when
a part of paragraph.
