Whenever I go to save a file in writer, whether on the regular OpenOffice file
type setting or on .rtf or any of the others, the document will save as a
"file" and to open, I must choose from a list of applications. If I choose
OpenOffice.org from the list, the document that opens only contains text, not
any of the photos or extra elements that I might have placed in it. I have
updated Java and OpenOffice and it still does this. What's wrong?
