Page Setup Dialog
When I try to setup a page using paper format DIN A6 I am required to enter the
paper size manually. This seems to work however print dialog and print seems to
use DIN A4 format. The printer aligns the paper in the middle which results
missing left part of the text.
The dialog to setup the page shows the entered width (10,50cm) and height
(14,80cm) but paper format selection is empty.
