@hyunsik the quote means only that frame_end should be later than
frame_start in the bound type list. For example, RANGE BETWEEN
UNBOUNDED_PRECEDING AND 1 PRECEDING is allowed in PostgreSQL. I also checked
SQL Server, and it also supports bound types as I mentioned above.
