@jihoonson I got your point. Currently, the specification of 'window frame
bound' is divided into two: start bound and end bound. Actually, it was caused
by my misunderstanding. We don't need to separate it. I'll fix it.
And, window frame is not supported in this patch, and there are only parser
rule in this patch. I'll create another jira issue because they also requires a
bunch of codes.
