I added codes in parser, executor, and catalog server including some unit
tests.
Since I am not familiar with tajo codes, I am afraid that I might miss
something important.
If you found any errors and mistakes, please give me advice.
In this issue, I implemented 'property_name' as quoted string, which looks
consistent with 'create table' statement.
