[~hitesh] I update the patch with the following change:
* add dagName to DAGSubmittedEvent and update it serialization/deserialization
method
* add dagName to DAGSummaryData, and update the dagNames Set after parsing
summary data.
* add unit test, verify the exception message contains "Duplicate dag name"
> Restore dagName Set for duplicate detection in recovered AMs.
