Changes done via Eclipse
1) EdgeManager -> EdgeManagerPlugin. Same for context
2) TezRootInputInitializer -> DataSourceInitializer. Same for context and
related events (RootInput -> DataSource)
3) OutputCommitter -> DataSinkCommitter. Same for context.
4) Drop Tez from Tez[Task|Input|Output|MergedInput]Context.
[~sseth] [~hitesh] Quick comments and if none commit would be great. This is a
fragile patch. Thanks!
