Cancelling patch. After thinking a bit DataSourceInitializer and 
DataSinkCommitter dont make as much sense. OutputCommitter and InputInitializer 
are fine. Eg. an OutputCommitter could be used to "commit" intermediate output 
by checkpointing them (say via increasing replication in HDFS). And strictly 
speaking they are initializing the input of tasks by providing events/payloads 
and committing outputs of tasks.
