Wont the AM continue to have status for a older completed DAG? Or are you
saying that in the future we will delete completed DAGs from the AM. Or are you
saying, regardless of the above, when the DAGClient knows that a DAG is done
then it should start using the ATS plugin because DAGClient tracks DAG and not
the AM. So DAG completion is the main thing to look at (where AM completion
implies DAG completion in the terminal case).
