Thanks [~vasanthkumar]. This looks good. Requires 2 minor changes - which I'll
make before committing the patch.
- validateArgs should not call printUsage since that's handled by
TezExampleBase (otherwise we print usage twice)
- Marking TezExampleBase as private.
