Confirmed - tried add a /ui in the history url base. AM logs history URL
correctly "web.WebUIService: Tez UI History URL:
http://localhost:9001/ui/#/tez-app/application_1423172314047_0006"; but the RM
seems to not handle it correctly.
The history url proxy link on the RM UI also seems correct i.e.
"http://localhost:8088/proxy/application_1423172314047_0006/ui/#/tez-app/application_1423172314047_0006";
but the actual proxy redirect seems incorrect.
