[~hitesh] To put fix in yarn goes back to our initial argument. [~jeagles] is
concerned about this because we don't want timelineclient to check the config,
otherwise it will create some hollow class which will do nothing and
inefficient. Is there some compromised way to put 3) solution in TEZ?
