no it does not error out, data would be fine. it would pull whatever data is
available in ATS.
The issue i was mentioning for a running dag is for ex. if the events looks
like vertex info downloaded , (last vertex completes, dag completes) , dag is
marked finished, dag info downloaded.
in the above case we could have vertices whose status is running but with a
finished status for dag.
yes we can add a confirm dialog to make it clear.
