Updated patch to queue the cleanup in the AsyncDispatcher, after offline
discussion with Hitesh. This is safer, in case there's events pending in the
queue.
Have added a new eventHandler for cleanup - which will invoke the individual
methods, with the DAG copied over.
Also removed cleanup from TaskAttemptListener.
