Updated DAG_SUBMITTED to NEW_DAG_SUBMITTED.
Removed the invocations to nodes and containers. Have left the others in place
- there's no implementation though.
Leaving the SUBMITTED event so that it's processed on the dispatcher, instead
of the submit thread.
