WIP Patch to throw an IOInterruptedException (derivative of IOException),
instead of IOException. InterruptedException isn't possible without API changes.
[~rajesh.balamohan] - could you please take a look from a sanity perspective
and whether anything has been missed. I'll add some unit tests meanwhile.
Targeting at 0.7 or 0.8 depending on where TEZ-1752 finally lands.
