Latest patch addresses LICENSE file updates. Question regarding default
timezone. Currently the timezone displayed is local timezone where local is the
browser timezone rendering the Tez UI. Personally, I'll be configuring this to
UTC to remain consistent with the container logging I have configured. But I
can have this remain defaulted to local timezone if everyone agrees.
I'll play around tomorrow to verify error conditions and the like.
