Updated patch to address review comments. Also renamed TaskAttemptListener to
TaskAttemptListenerInterface.
None of these changes should affect the API - they're all internal renames.
TaskAttemptListener itself is not a public interface.
[~zjffdu] - please review. Waiting for this to go in to start on the
0.8.0-alpha release.
