Maybe we should trace OutputCommitter task recovery API in MapReduce code to
check its semantics. From a quick look, it seems to me that if taskRecovery is
not supported then the MR code aborts recovery. In Tez we could choose to do
differently but we need to make sure we understand what the earlier semantics
were (at least for MR committers)
