Sorry, my fault. isDAGRecoverable() & isRecoverable() represent 2 cases of
unrecoverable
* Vertex/VertexGroup is in committing (RecoveryParser#isDAGRecoverable)
* Vertex/VertexGroup has completed committing. But its full recovery events are
not seen. (DAGRecoveryData#isRecoverable). Here we may have one case that the
vertex group has completed its commit, but its member vertices' full recovery
events are not seen.
