General approach looks fine but there might be a simpler approach to addressing
this based on the responses to the following questions:
Would this admin list be the same as the yarn admins list?
Also, are yarn admins generally different from mapreduce cluster admins?
If not, should the AM just respect the value of yarn admins instead of adding
one more configuration knob to maintain?
I believe this patch is missing updating the domain data for timeline.
