Thanks for taking a look. 

Yes - need to add more docs for developers on how to use the shims and also 
from a deployment as to how it will work. General gist is to use service 
loaders to initialize based on the hadoop version on the classpath. Still need 
to test more - for example, to see what happens if hadoop28 shim jar exists on 
a hadoop 2.6 classpath.

hadoop26 profile is not enabled by default at the top-level pom. May need to do 
that to remove redundant activateByDefault in various sub-level poms.
